Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Please double-check your shipping address when purchasing because the label is automatically printed with the address you provide.
All international orders are shipped via DHL Express, with an estimated delivery of 3–5 business days upon shipping. You’ll receive an order confirmation and tracking details once your package is on the way.
If your order is a rush shipment (for birthdays, gifts, etc.), please let me know so we can arrange something together.
When will my package be shipped?
I ship every Friday!
Orders placed after Friday 12:00 NN (GMT+8) may be shipped the following week. If you need a rush order, please reach out so we can coordinate a faster arrangement.
When will I receive my package?
Local Orders (via GoGo XExpress)
• Metro Manila: 1–3 days after shipping
• Outside Metro Manila: 2–8 days after shipping
International Orders (via DHL Express)
Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days upon shipping, depending on your country. Tracking information will be provided once your package is dispatched.
What are your shipping rates?
Shipping costs will vary based on weight and shipping destination. All shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process.
What international taxes, duties, etc., must I pay?
Certain countries charge customs fee depending on the worth of the goods in the package. Please note that I do not cover the customs fee.
Do you accept COD (cash on delivery)?
We don't accept cash on delivery. We require payment before processing your order.
What is your return policy?
All items are marked as "final sale" (non-returnable or non-exchangeable) once delivered to the buyer.
What do I do if I never receive my order?
If the print gets lost in shipping (international orders are more likely to happen in the case) or arrives damaged, I will happily send you another one without cost!

How do I make changes to an order I've already placed?
All orders are considered final upon checkout.
